  • Schedule: Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or during public holidays will be prioritized on the following business day.

  • High Volume Periods: During peak seasons, such as major sales or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay expected for your specific order, our customer service team will reach out to you directly via email.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our logistics partners, the transit phase begins.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: We offer international shipping with an average delivery window of 7–15 business days.

  • Logistics Partners: We partner with reputable global carriers to ensure that your paper goods are transported safely and efficiently.

  • Variations: Please be aware that delivery times are estimates. Factors such as regional holidays, weather conditions, or local postal service delays in your specific country may occasionally impact the final delivery date.

3. Order Tracking

Transparency is important to us. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse:

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

  • You can use this number on our website or the carrier’s tracking portal to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

  • It may take up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our international customers, please note the following regarding cross-border shipments:

  • mumupapershop is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order by your local government.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, VAT, or brokerage fees).

  • If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. Address Accuracy
